Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai midrange engine built around Teval, the Balanced Scale, converting self-mill into accelerated mana, board presence, and card advantage. Early turns focus on establishing mana velocity through low-cost ramp spells to cast Teval on turn 3 or 4. Once operational, Teval attacks to mill three cards, return lands directly to the battlefield, and generate 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. The midgame compounds resource advantages using recurring engines such as Life from the Loam, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, and Conduit of Worlds. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around turn 6 by resolving high-impact graveyard payoffs like Living Death, swarming the board with Avenger of Zendikar, or assembling a massive Lord of Extinction and sacrificing it to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord for direct table-wide life loss.
