Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint leads a Rakdos outlaw value deck. The primary plan is to flood the board with Rogues, Mercenaries, Assassins, and Warlocks so Jasper's upkeep trigger exiles large chunks of an opponent's library. The deck then wins through the resulting card advantage: casting stolen spells, making Treasures off exile-cast triggers, and attacking with wide outlaw boards. Secondary paths are crime-token generation through Gisa, At Knifepoint, and Rakish Crew, plus a late Insurrection or Great Train Heist alpha strike. Prosper, Tome-Bound is the hidden commander, converting every cast-from-exile spell into a Treasure. Jasper is a value engine, not a combo piece; the deck is a midrange theft/token deck that can pivot into a one-turn combat finisher.
