Deck overview

This is a Jund -1/-1 counter synergy deck helmed by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch, who turns every -1/-1 counter placed on any creature into either card draw (if you control it) or life loss (if an opponent controls it). The deck's primary game plan is to spread -1/-1 counters through creatures like Skinrender, Soul Snuffers, and Spitting Dilophosaurus, then leverage proliferate effects (Evolution Sage, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Karn's Bastion) to multiply those counters. The -1/-1 counter theme feeds multiple payoffs: token generation (Nest of Scarabs, Flourishing Defenses), life drain (Obelisk Spider, Blood Artist), combat lock (Kulrath Knight), and creature theft (Necroskitter, The Reaper, King No More). The deck also contains a compact infinite-death-trigger combo using Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + a persist creature (Persistent Constrictor) + a sacrifice outlet (Yawgmoth, Thran Physician), which can win via Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat. Secondary wins come from combat damage with wither and All Will Be One dealing damage on counter placement.
