Altair by Kujakuh

Format: Commander

Commander: Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Altair Ibn-La'Ahad is a graveyard-to-battlefield combat deck. You stock the graveyard with Assassins, then attack with Altair to exile one Assassin with a memory counter and create tapped attacking copies of every card you own in exile with a memory counter. The Animus provides a second way to place memory counters. Maskwood Nexus and Roshan, Hidden Magister are hidden commanders that make every creature an Assassin, enabling Port Razer to be copied for infinite extra combats. Secondary wins come from fair Assassin beats supported by anthems like Warleader's Call and Impact Tremors, monarch and outlaw value, and aristocrat drains. Altair is single-faced and central; without him the deck shifts to slow tribal aggro.
