Deck overview

Jeskai artifact-charge-counter deck built around Inspirit, Flagship Vessel. The primary plan is to arm Inspirit with Station, then use its combat trigger to pour charge counters onto key artifacts. Kilo, Apogee Mind acts as the hidden commander: every attack proliferates, charging Magistrate's Scepter into an extra-turn lock, and the deck can also win through Darksteel Reactor, Mechanized Production, or mass animation with Cyberdrive Awakener. Inspirit's 8+ mode turns it into a flying beater and gives the rest of the board hexproof/indestructible. Secondary wins come from Alibou burn and Deepglow Skate/Tekuthal proliferate bursts. The deck is resilient to targeted removal but vulnerable to mass artifact exile and has only a thin counterspell suite.
