Format: Commander

Commander: Gishath, Sun's Avatar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya Dinosaur deck built to do one thing: put Gishath, Sun's Avatar onto the battlefield as early as possible and let his haste-fueled attack trigger snowball the game. Ramp comes from creature dorks (Ixalli's Lorekeeper, Drover of the Mighty), classic land-tutors (Cultivate, Rampant Growth, Migration Path), and cost-reducers (Marauding Raptor, Herald's Horn, Otepec Huntmaster). Every unblocked hit reveals seven cards and puts every Dinosaur among them onto the battlefield for free, so one 7/6 attack can become an army. The deck is packed with Elders - Etali, Primal Storm, Etali, Primal Conqueror // Etali, Primal Sickness, Zacama, Primal Calamity, Ghalta, Primal Hunger - plus cheat effects like Monster Manual // Zoological Study and Dino DNA. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage, accelerated by Finale of Devastation, Return of the Wildspeaker, and the double-strike saga on Huatli, Poet of Unity // Roar of the Fifth People. Its chief liabilities are almost no stack interaction and a heavy reliance on Gishath surviving to attack.
