Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger strategy led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a scaling burn outlet and a potent mana battery: each noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} ability converts Vivi's power into usable blue and red mana once per turn. The deck accelerates through early mana rocks, deploys Vivi on Turn 3, and establishes a functional engine on Turn 4. Midgame turns leverage trigger amplifiers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality, alongside massive mana engines like Jeska's Will and Storm-Kiln Artist, to chain cheap cantrips and burn spells into a decisive lethal turn around Turn 6-7.
