Deck overview

Pantlaza is a Naya Dinosaur value deck. The primary plan is to ramp to five mana, cast Pantlaza, and use the once-per-turn discover trigger on high-toughness Dinosaurs to cast extra spells for free, snowballing into a wide trampling board. Secondary paths include the Marauding Raptor/enrage draw-and-ramp engine and Etali's attack trigger. Pantlaza is the central card-advantage engine and speed enabler; no hidden commander exists among the 99. The deck usually wins through combat, finishing with Xenagos, Kessig Wolf Run, Rogue's Passage, or Akroma's Will turning a 30+ power attack into lethal.
