Cormela, Glamour Thief by bobbysmith123

Format: Commander

Commander: Cormela, Glamour Thief

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Grixis spellslinger deck helmed by Cormela, Glamour Thief, designed around generating incremental value through instant and sorcery casting. The commander provides mana, haste, and recursion, fueling a game plan that leverages cheap cantrips, removal, and card advantage engines like Archmage of Runes and Professor Onyx. The primary win conditions involve grinding down opponents with repeated drain effects from Professor Onyx and Alania, Divergent Storm copied spells, plus combat damage from boosted prowess creatures. The deck aims to control the table through a dense suite of instant-speed interaction and card draw, eventually presenting a resilient value engine that outlasts opponents. It lacks a fast infinite combo, relying instead on consistent pressure and resource advantage.
