Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jace, Multiverse Architect as a reliable 5-color polymorph engine in the command zone. The primary game plan focuses on deploying early mana rocks and low-cost token generators—such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, or Staff of the Storyteller—before casting Jace on Turn 4. Jace immediately exiles a token with his −3 ability to flip into massive, game-warping creatures and planeswalkers, including Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Ovika, Enigma Goliath, and Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. The deck maintains strong redundancy through alternative polymorph spells like Transmogrify and Proteus Staff, alongside topdeck setup via Brainstorm and Brainsurge. Opponents face severe combat friction from Blazing Archon and Jace's built-in combat tax, while Moonshaker Cavalry and flying token swarms rapidly convert established board advantage into a lethal finish over two attack cycles.
