Deck overview

This Bant deck uses Chulane, Teller of Tales as a value engine, not a combo piece. You cast creatures to draw cards and put lands into play, which chains you into tutors and blink effects. The primary plan is infinite mana through two families: Displacer Kitten plus Teferi, Time Raveler with Sol Ring, Mox Opal and Lotus Petal and Venser, Shaper Savant to blink repeatedly, or High Tide plus Palinchron to untap Islands infinitely. Cloud of Faeries and Peregrine Drake support both. You then win with Thassa's Oracle, Brain Freeze plus Altar of the Brood, Aetherflux Reservoir, or Sentinel Tower. Displacer Kitten and Palinchron are the hidden commanders that actually assemble the win.
