Commander: Shorikai, Genesis Engine

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Shorikai, Genesis Engine commands an Azorius artifact-combo deck designed to generate overwhelming card advantage while controlling the board. Because Shorikai is a Vehicle, it reliably dodges creature board wipes while sitting in play to draw cards, discard combo pieces for recursion, and produce Pilot tokens. The deck's primary strategy centers on assembling infinite untap loops using Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, or Ashnod's Altar with Intruder Alarm. These loops allow Shorikai to draw the entire library, culminating in an instant win through Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or life drain from Psychosis Crawler, backed by robust countermagic and tax pieces.
