Deck overview

This is a Bant blink/theft value deck that buries opponents under repeated ETB triggers. Rubinia Soulsinger is best understood as one more theft effect in a deck that does not actually need its commander: the real engine is the flicker package in the 99 - Emiel the Blessed, Eldrazi Displacer, Deadeye Navigator, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Teleportation Circle, Conjurer's Closet, and Displacer Kitten. These repeatedly re-trigger Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, Agent of Treachery, and Sower of Temptation. The primary win is the Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward loop with a blink outlet, an altar, and a payoff, producing infinite damage, mill, or permanent theft. A dense instant-speed interaction suite, plus both Teferi, Time Raveler and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, protects the combo turn. Rubinia exists mainly as a reusable "steal your commander" button and a political deterrent.
