Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads an explosive Izzet spellslinger storm deck designed to convert low-cost noncreature spells into massive mana production and lethal table-wide burn. Vivi functions as both an accelerating mana battery and an inevitable win condition: every noncreature spell adds a +1/+1 counter to Vivi while dealing 1 damage to each opponent, and Vivi's {0} ability taps into that power to generate bursts of blue and red mana. The deck accelerates with early cost reducers like Stormcatch Mentor and Goblin Electromancer before chaining high-velocity cantrips such as Ponder, Preordain, and Brainstorm. Draw engines like Archmage Emeritus and recursion powerhouses like Underworld Breach or Lier, Disciple of the Drowned sustain uninterrupted spell chains. Supported by redundant burn pieces like Guttersnipe and Veyran, Voice of Duality, alongside efficient countermagic to protect critical combo windows, the deck reliably eliminates all opponents in a single decisive turn.
