Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue draw-trigger mill strategy helmed by Minn, Wily Illusionist. The primary game plan revolves around drawing cards repeatedly to fuel Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage, and Fraying Sanity-each draw mills opponents progressively. Minn provides supplementary value by creating Illusion tokens that can cheat out permanents from hand when they die, but the mill plan does not depend on her. The deck uses a dense suite of one-shot draw spells (Frantic Search, Thirst for Knowledge, Tolarian Winds, etc.) and a handful of repeatable draw engines like Rhystic Study to churn through the library. Altar of the Brood and Mesmeric Orb add incidental mill. Riverchurn Monument and Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital // Overture offer burst-mill finishers. The strategy is slow and incremental, aiming to outvalue opponents over many turns rather than assembling a fast combo.
