Deck overview

This is a casual mono-white value deck centered on Bill the Pony and Food tokens. Its main theme is turning toughness into combat damage, then supporting that plan with Equipment, blink effects, creature-draw engines, and token payoffs. Bill the Pony creates two Food tokens immediately, while cards such as Enduring Innocence, Welcoming Vampire, and Tocasia's Welcome reward the deck for producing small creatures. The strongest offensive package is Giant Ox or another high-toughness creature plus Grafted Exoskeleton. That can create an 8-infect attack, but the list does not reliably provide evasion or enough repeated combat power to eliminate three opponents. Its interaction is solid against creatures and permanents but has almost no stack interaction. The deck is therefore functional at a casual table, with useful incremental engines and several recovery tools, but its primary threat is slow, exposed, and inconsistent.
