Deck overview

This Boros artifact deck centers around Sami, Wildcat Captain, who provides double strike, vigilance, and grants all spells affinity for artifacts. The game plan focuses on deploying cheap mana rocks, utility artifacts, and disruptive stax pieces in the early turns. Once Sami enters the battlefield, generic mana costs plummet, allowing the deck to rapidly deploy colossal threats such as Darksteel Colossus and Metalwork Colossus for negligible mana. Protection spells like Silence and Hexing Squelcher safeguard high-impact turns, while Dragon Throne of Tarkir and overwhelming combat power eliminate opponents in rapid succession across the mid-game.
