Deck overview

This is a Boros Lorehold graveyard-value midrange deck helmed by Lorehold, the Historian. The plan mills, discards, and recurs to trigger a dense suite of "cards leave your graveyard" payoffs-token makers like Quintorius, Field Historian and Garrison Excavator, drains like Ark of Hunger and leveled Advanced Reconstruction, and treasures via Relic Retriever. The commander's haste body pressures early, its opponent-upkeep loot fills the yard and hand, and its miracle grant turns every instant and sorcery into a two-mana spike when drawn correctly (especially off Sensei's Divining Top). Wins come from go-wide Spirit combat (backed by Hofri Ghostforge and World at War), table-wide ETB/drain chip (Impact Tremors, Shocking Sharpshooter), and late haymakers (Insurrection, Storm Herd, The Dawning Archaic). Recursion anchors (Sun Titan, Storm of Souls, Sevinne's Reclamation) keep the engine online after disruption.
