Deck overview

This is a Indoraptor, the Perfect Hybrid Enrage deck built around damaging its own creatures and turning that damage into pressure. Pyrohemia, Pestilence, Pain for All, Wrathful Raptors, Brash Taunter, and Blazing Sunsteel give the deck several ways to convert damage into life loss, removal, or triggers. Marauding Raptor, Otepec Huntmaster, Forerunner of the Empire, and Ranging Raptors support the Dinosaur plan. The deck has respectable on-curve ramp and some strong draw spells, but its main engine needs several permanents, substantial mana, and a surviving Indoraptor. The best ordinary checkpoint is around turn 7. That checkpoint creates pressure but not a reliable must-answer state, because opponents can sacrifice creatures to Indoraptor and the damage output is not deterministic. The deck is therefore a general-power-level synergy build rather than a cEDH or exhibition list.
