Phelia Blink by user9557823

Format: Commander

Commander: Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-white flicker/blink value deck helmed by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. The primary strategy is to generate incremental advantage through enter-the-battlefield triggers, using a dense suite of flicker effects (Cloudshift, Ephemerate, Eerie Interlude, Ghostway, Conjurer's Closet, Teleportation Circle) to reuse creatures that draw cards, ramp, or remove threats. The deck eventually assembles infinite combos-most notably Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel + a payoff like Darksteel Splicer (infinite golems) or Preston, the Vanisher (infinite illusion tokens)-to close out the game. Secondary win conditions include combat via a wide board of golems boosted by Master Splicer and a finisher like Moonshaker Cavalry. The commander is a flexible value engine that can flicker a permanent each combat, but the deck's core plan does not rely on her.
