Forced single discard by JNesselroad3

Format: Commander

Commander: Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Dimir control deck leverages Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer to turn symmetrical discard into unilateral card advantage. Your primary strategy disrupts opponents by emptying their hands with cards like Necrogen Mists, Oppression, and Words of Waste, while Oskar lets you cast your own discarded spells at instant speed. You convert this resource denial into a win through damage-dealing discard triggers such as Liliana's Caress, Megrim, and Raiders' Wake, or by draining life with Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. Secondary lines generate lethal board presence with Bone Miser, Waste Not, and Tormod, the Desecrator, or steal opposing permanents outright using Tergrid, God of Fright.
