Deck overview

This deck leverages K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth to bypass black mana constraints by weaponizing life totals into raw mana velocity. The primary game plan accelerates into K'rrik on Turns 2–3, quickly setting up a lethal two-card infinite combo between Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and either Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror. While assembling its win condition, the deck deploys a wide suite of low-cost discard creatures such as Burglar Rat, Rank Rat, and Elderfang Disciple to strip resources from opposing hands. Heavy life-loss draw engines like Vilis, Broker of Blood and Greed provide explosive card draw when needed. The list trades off stack protection and noncreature interaction in favor of aggressive mono-black tutors, rapid deployment, and potent board wipes.
