Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-green big-mana ramp list built around The Notary Hobbits, a five-mana Halfling that enters and creates two non-legendary copies of itself, then taps for colorless equal to your Halfling count. Those three bodies are a nine-mana battery that launches a colorless haymaker suite: both Ulamogs, both Kozileks, both Ugins, Portal to Phyrexia, Genesis Wave, and Rise of the Eldrazi. Changelings and token makers - Springleaf Parade, Mutable Explorer, Second Harvest - inflate the Halfling count so the tap ability jumps into the twenties. The deck wins by attacking with annihilator titans, converting a huge pool into Walking Ballista, Squall Line, or a monstrous Hydra Broodmaster, or burying the table under a resolved Genesis Wave. There are no infinite combos. Recasting the commander rebuilds the token pair, but the ninety-nine is a complete green ramp deck on its own: dorks, the Cultivate package, Circle of Dreams Druid, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, and Castle Garenbrig still cast the same bombs a turn or two later.
