Deck overview

This Bant Commander deck focuses on Spider and Hero kindred synergy led by Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. On turn 2, Peter Parker enters the battlefield and creates a 2/1 Spider token. By turn 4, you transform him into Amazing Spider-Man, unlocking web-slinging for all colored legendary spells. This ability allows you to cast expensive legendary Spiders for only {G}{W}{U} by returning tapped creatures to your hand, generating substantial mana efficiency and recurring enter-the-battlefield triggers. The deck builds a resilient, wide board using token generators like Spiders-Man, Heroic Horde and Springleaf Parade, while stacking +1/+1 counters with Spider-Man India and Aunt May. Card draw engines such as SP//dr, Piloted by Peni, Spider-UK, and Garruk's Uprising keep your hand full. The deck closes games around turns 6 to 8 through decisive combat damage, using Return of the Wildspeaker or Kindred Summons to grant overwhelming power, trample, and flying across the board.
