Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos combo-storm strategy built around Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. By combining low-cost pingers, 1-damage spells, and passive life-loss triggers, the deck turns every single point of damage dealt to opponents into +1/+1 counters and impulse card advantage. Fast mana and rituals accelerate Ob Nixilis onto the battlefield by Turn 3, setting up explosive Turn 4 turns where noncreature spells chain together to dig through the library. The deck finishes games cleanly using compact infinite lines: Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute loops infinite 1-damage triggers directly with Ob Nixilis, while Dualcaster Mage paired with Twinflame or Electroduplicate creates an army of infinite hasty copies to overrun the table in a single turn. Backed by a dense suite of hyper-efficient creature and artifact removal, the deck can disrupt opposing threats while executing its own compact, same-turn lethal sequences.
