Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Temur Dragon tribal strategy centered on Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its primary game plan is to accelerate mana rapidly during the first three turns using green land ramp, artifact rocks, and Dragon cost-reducers, deploying Miirym ahead of curve on turn 4. Once Miirym is established, the deck transitions into an explosive midgame on turns 5 and 6, copying massive flying threats such as Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Atarka, World Render. These duplicated threats provide immediate value in the form of massive burn triggers and overwhelming combat damage. Draw engines like Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising draw two or more cards per Dragon cast due to the token copies, fueling continuous deployment. While the deck boasts high resiliency and an infinite loop between Ganax, Astral Hunter and Draconic Visitor, it runs minimal interaction and zero proactive stax, focusing primarily on proactive pressure.
