Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Jund midrange strategy helmed by Ognis, the Dragon's Lash. It leverages a dense suite of low-cost haste creatures to generate a rapid stream of tapped Treasure tokens each combat phase. These tokens serve a dual role: accelerating mana into formidable mid-game threats like Korvold, Fae-Cursed King and Goldspan Dragon, while directly triggering lethal damage through artifact aristocrat engines such as Mirkwood Bats, Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, and Marionette Apprentice. The deck applies relentless combat pressure and finishes games decisively around turn 6 with explosive burst damage or a massive Crackle with Power. Supported by resilient haste enablers, versatile removal, and strong card advantage engines like Professional Face-Breaker, the deck quickly rebuilds from disruption and maintains momentum against diverse multiplayer pods.
