Format: Commander

Commander: Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer is a graveyard-focused value deck. The primary plan is to use cheap looters (Vohar, Urza, Matzalantli) to fill the graveyard, cheat Oskar into play cheaply, then cast discarded instants and sorceries from the graveyard for huge card advantage. Secondary paths are token swarms from Cryptcaller Chariot, Drake Haven, and Call the Bloodline, plus life-drain finishes from Faith of the Devoted or Exsanguinate. The commander is the central reanimation engine, though no individual card inside the 99 acts as a hidden commander. It can also pivot to a combat plan with Wonder and Cryptcaller Chariot when graveyard hate lands.
