Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck uses Delney, Streetwise Lookout to double every triggered ability from creatures with power 2 or less. It combines efficient weenies, repeatable blink engines, and asymmetric sweepers to generate overwhelming card and board advantage. In the opening turns, the deck develops mana rocks and low-cost utility creatures. Delney enters on turn 3, immediately doubling card draw, tutoring, and exile triggers from creatures like Spirited Companion, Recruiter of the Guard, and Skyclave Apparition. Asymmetric board wipes such as The Battle of Bywater and Retribution of the Meek destroy high-power opposing threats while leaving your weenie army untouched. Delney's static evasion prevents large creatures from blocking your team, allowing wide attacks to close games. The deck also includes an infinite blink combo with Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel, supported by robust protective spells like Teferi's Protection and Grand Abolisher.
