Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Artifact Stompy strategy commanded by Aerid Konstrari, designed to turn artifact token accumulation into explosive mana and lethal commander damage. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through low-cost mana dorks, rocks, and land search. Once Aerid is deployed, its enters-the-battlefield trigger and repeatable activated ability generate Heartwood tokens, simultaneously fixing mana and scaling the power of Aerid and artifact-dependent beaters like Craterclaw Colossus and Nettlecyst. The deck converts this immense board power into victories via high-flying commander attacks, extra-combat/power doubling effects like Xenagos, God of Revels, board-wide burn like Chandra's Ignition, or alternate win lines like Hellkite Tyrant. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game acceleration and strong recovery through backup Dragon threats, it carries moderate exposure to mass artifact removal and relies heavily on un-tutored burst draw to maintain momentum in extended multiplayer games.
