Deck overview

Shiko, Paragon of the Way is a Jeskai blink-and-storm engine built to exploit her enters-the-battlefield trigger to cast cheap instants and sorceries from the graveyard for free. The deck leans on a dense flicker package (Cloudshift, Eerie Interlude, Soulherder, Teleportation Circle) to keep reusing Shiko and value creatures while drawing through the deck with magecraft and cast-from-elsewhere payoffs. Its primary win is an infinite flicker loop: Archaeomancer plus Peregrine Drake with Ghostly Flicker generates infinite mana and casts, converted to damage by Guttersnipe or Impact Tremors. A parallel line uses Pinnacle Monk and Storm-Kiln Artist to make infinite treasures. The commander accelerates the plan but is not required for the combo.
