Format: Commander

Commander: Jaxis, the Troublemaker

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-red value-focused deck helmed by Jaxis, the Troublemaker, built around copying creatures for card draw, generating treasure tokens, and leveraging a high density of impulse-draw effects to keep the hand full. The primary win condition is combat damage, accelerated by extra combat steps from Karlach, Fury of Avernus and finished with burn spells like Chandra's Ignition. The deck eschews infinite combos in favor of a resilient midrange plan that churns through its library, deploys large threats, and uses goad effects to control the board. It is a classic red "value-pile" that wins through incremental advantage and explosive combat turns.
