Deck overview

Stella Lee, Wild Card is an Izzet spellslinger combo deck built to chain cheap instants and sorceries into a one-turn kill. The primary plan is to assemble Stella with Storm-Kiln Artist and a one-mana untap spell, then copy that spell repeatedly to generate infinite mana, draw the deck, and finish with Crackle with Power. Secondary paths use Vivi Ornitier's pings and mana, or The Emperor of Palamecia transforming into The Lord Master of Hell for a graveyard-fueled attack. The commander is the copy engine; the deck is heavily dependent on her. A dense cantrip suite, three cost reducers, rituals, and free counterspells support the combo and protect it.
