Format: Commander

Commander: Queen Marchesa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Queen Marchesa is the engine of this Mardu midrange deck, but the deck does not depend on her. The primary plan is to become monarch early with Marchesa or another monarch enabler, use the extra draws to assemble token producers such as Adeline and General Ferrous Rokiric, and finish through wide combat. Gisela serves as the main finisher by doubling all damage, while removal and protection spells keep the board stable. Secondary paths include The Creation of Avacyn tutoring a creature directly into play and Strixhaven Stadium providing an alternate life-loss finish. No double-faced commander or hidden commander is present; the list is built around Marchesa's haste, deathtouch, and crown-based card advantage.
