Definitely Not a Furry by CrayonMuncher

Format: Commander

Commander: Chief of the Wilds

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Golgari Wolf tribal deck built around Chief of the Wilds. Every Wolf that enters puts two +1/+1 counters on the commander, and the commander doubles the triggered abilities of every other Wolf. Token engines such as Nightpack Ambusher and Hollowhenge Overlord snowball quickly, while Garruk and Arlinn planeswalkers add Wolves, card advantage, and an emblem finisher. The Chief Warg acts as a hidden commander, turning ferocious attacks into card draw. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins with a critical mass of trampling Wolves, usually finished by Overwhelming Stampede or Return of the Wildspeaker. Sarulf, Realm Eater provides a flexible reset button for annoying nonland permanents.
