Format: Commander

Commander: Roxanne, Starfall Savant

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant is a Gruul ramp/token engine that turns artifact tokens into twice as much mana and small pings. The deck builds a midrange board of counter-growing hydras, Elementals, and Druid synergies, using Roxanne's attack triggers to bank Meteorite tokens. Its primary plan is to out-ramp opponents, then finish with a huge X spell such as Exocrine or Apocalypse Hydra, or a copied board from Devastating Onslaught and Second Harvest. The commander's role is both mana accelerator and removal source; the hidden commander is Omnath, Locus of Mana, which stores green for X-spell lethality. The deck is a value-heavy battlecruiser rather than a fast combo deck.
