Deck overview

This is a four-color token and vote-matters deck. It builds a dominant board of Food, Treasure, and creature tokens while using council-vote cards to draw cards, gain mana, or take turns. Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis serves as a group-hug engine that gives everyone extra cards and land drops, but the deck is built to profit most from those resources through token synergy. The primary plan is incremental token growth into a large combat swing, often with Decimator of the Provinces or Emissary Green. Secondary paths include vote manipulation with Illusion of Choice and Ballot Broker, and a Food/value package with Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor, and Samwise Gamgee. There is no infinite combo, so the deck wins through sustained board presence and combat. The commander is valuable as a repeatable draw engine, but the deck can still function without it at a moderate level.
