Deck overview

This Orzhov deck blends aristocrat sacrifice mechanics with exile and blink synergies, led by Syr Vondam, Sunstar Exemplar. The commander grows and generates life whenever creatures die or enter exile, turning incidental board manipulation into offensive power and board control. Mana acceleration from rocks and dark rituals powers out card advantage engines like Necrodominance, Skullclamp, and Black Market Connections. The primary victory path leverages an infinite flicker loop between Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel, which repeatedly triggers enter-the-battlefield damage via Corpse Knight or Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn. Defensively, the list runs robust single-target exile removal, sweepers like Toxic Deluge, and protection pieces including Grand Abolisher and Flare of Fortitude to ensure uninterrupted execution.
