Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-White Angel tribal and lifegain midrange strategy commanded by Lyra, Archangel of Dawn. The primary game plan centers on assembling early flying creatures and lifegain triggers, allowing Lyra to distribute +1/+1 counters across your board every time life is gained. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration with two-mana rocks and tribal enablers like Giada, Font of Hope and Bishop of Wings. Once the commander enters on turn three, subsequent plays compound your board presence through synergistic threats such as Righteous Valkyrie, Resplendent Angel, and Lyra Dawnbringer. As life totals climb above starting thresholds, the deck activates powerful static buffs and token engines to convert lifegain into lethal combat power. It controls opposing aggression with targeted removal and situational stax pieces like Angel of Jubilation, ultimately closing out games via decisive aerial combat over turns six through eight.
