Deck overview

This deck leverages Ramos, Dragon Engine at the head of a 5-color mutate strategy. Ramos serves as both a high-capacity mana battery and a massive flying mutate host, generating explosive bursts of ten mana when fed multicolored mutate spells. Alternatively, the deck utilizes resilient, cheap non-Human hosts like Slippery Bogle and Paradise Druid to stack powerful apex predators including Auspicious Starrix, Illuna, Apex of Wishes, and Nethroi, Apex of Death. Value multipliers like Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief and Vesuvan Duplimancy duplicate mutate spells to rapidly flood the board with card advantage, removal triggers, and overwhelming stats. The deck transitions into a lethal board presence around Turn 6, closing out the game through broad trample combat damage by Turn 8. While vulnerable to well-timed sweepers that blow out consolidated mutate stacks, built-in graveyard recursion from Nethroi and Brokkos provides durable late-game recovery.
