the fae are evil by user5909655

Format: Commander

Commander: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Korvold, Fae-Cursed King runs a sacrifice-and-token economy. Black Market Connections, Prossh, Squirrel Girl, and Pitiless Plunderer create fodder, while Carrion Feeder and Ashnod's Altar turn that fodder into cards, counters, and mana. The primary plan is Korvold commander damage: feed him at least a few permanents per turn cycle, keep drawing, and swing for 21. Secondary paths are wide Squirrel/Kobold token attacks, a small aristocrat finish with Arnyn plus Blasphemous Act-style mass death, and a modest reanimation pile returning Prossh or Squirrel Girl. There is no hidden or double-faced commander; the deck is built around the single Korvold face as its draw engine and final threat.
