Looming Threat by ibstrummin

Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira of the Ghitu

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jhoira of the Ghitu is the deck's early engine, exiling haymakers and suspending them so Time Stretch, Omniscience, and Eldrazi-class creatures come down without their mana costs. The deck then accelerates its own time counters with Rift Elemental, Jhoira's Timebug, Clockspinning, and time-travel effects. Once Taigam, Master Opportunist and a repeatable counter remover are online, Time Stretch can be looped into consecutive extra turns, while hasty suspended threats like Etali and Flayer of Loyalties finish the table. The Tenth Doctor acts as a hidden second suspend engine in the 99, and Mizzix, Replica Rider and Nalfeshnee compound every free cast.
