This is an Azorius artifact-value and Vehicles deck helmed by Shorikai, Genesis Engine. Shorikai is a repeatable draw engine that loots two cards and floods the board with Pilot tokens, which both crew Vehicles efficiently and feed sacrifice/draw outlets like Skullclamp. The primary plan is to flood the board with low-cost artifacts and Vehicles, leverage cost reducers and untap engines, then close via the classic Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal infinite-mana loop into a library-win outlet (Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries).
