Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Blue Artifact Midrange strategy led by Bilbo, Thief in the Night. Bilbo provides mana efficiency by reducing the casting cost of spells cast from zones other than the hand, while his attack trigger allows you to recast artifacts, instants, and sorceries directly from the graveyard. The early game focuses on deploying cheap utility artifacts, cantrips, and token engines like Sai, Master Thopterist and Simulacrum Synthesizer. During the mid game, the deck maintains high card flow through combat damage triggers and graveyard recursion while protecting its board with efficient counterspells and blanket protection from Padeem, Consul of Innovation. The endgame transitions into decisive combat pressure using Cyberdrive Awakener to turn noncreature artifacts into a lethal flying swarm, growing an unblockable Kappa Cannoneer, or overwhelming the board with massive Construct tokens backed by Urza, Lord High Artificer.
