New Untitled Deck by user3991638

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn is a single-faced commander and the sole build-around: the deck turns every bit of life gained into +1/+1 counters, distributing them at each end step. Early Soul Wardens and Unicorns keep a constant trickle of life; Conclave Mentor and Branching Evolution multiply the counters; then Celestial Unicorn, Voice of the Blessed, or a horde of Griffin/Angel tokens becomes the game-ending threat. A secondary plan uses high life totals to cast Storm Herd and attack with dozens of flying Pegasi. The primary win is a single enormous double-striking attacker made unblockable by Champion of Lambholt or Rogue's Passage. No hidden commander or double-faced card exists; Lathiel's front face is the engine.
