Deck overview

This is a five-color Spider tribal deck helmed by Cosmic Spider-Man, whose beginning-of-combat anthem transforms every other Spider into a hasty, flying, first-strike, trampling, lifelinking threat. The deck blends three overlapping engines: token generation (Parallel Lives, Spider Spawning, Arasta of the Endless Web, Dragonlair Spider, Curse of Clinging Webs, Twitching Doll), a +1/+1 counter and "modified" subtheme (Miles Morales // Ultimate Spider-Man, SP//dr, Piloted by Peni, Arana, Heart of the Spider, Costume Closet, Training Regimen), and a light value suite of draw and top-deck manipulation (Mary Jane Watson, Madame Web, Clairvoyant). The primary win is evasive combat damage from a wide Spider army, with the commander's anthem making the final alpha strike nearly unblockable. Secondary lines include Rite of Replication burst and Spider Spawning flashback recursion. It is a midrange value deck that grinds to a combat kill rather than assembling a fast combo.
