Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Ninja tempo build commanded by Splinter, Radical Rat. The primary game plan deploys cheap, unblockable 1-drops early, casts Splinter on curve, and cheats high-impact Ninjas into combat using ninjutsu and sneak mechanics. Splinter doubles every combat trigger from your Ninjas, turning cards like Ingenious Infiltrator and Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow into massive card advantage and burn engines. Mid-game threats like Shredder, Shadow Master and Fallen Shinobi rapidly shred opponents' life totals and libraries. The deck supports this aggressive combat curve with high-efficiency Esper interaction, including free protection from Flawless Maneuver and uncounterable answers like Dovin's Veto. While the deck relies heavily on combat connections and vulnerable attacking creatures, its redundant evasive threats and trigger duplication let it out-value the table and finish games quickly with Akroma's Will.
