Deck overview

This Selesnya life-gain tokens deck is helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, whose ETB life-gain and populate ability form the core engine. The primary strategy is to deploy high-toughness creatures to gain substantial life, use populate to multiply token armies, and finish with explosive payoffs like Aetherflux Reservoir, Storm Herd, or Halo Fountain. The deck leans heavily on creature synergies, convoke, and life-gain triggers to scale its board. It wins through combat damage from a massive token swarm, commander damage from Trostani herself (with Blossoming Bogbeast or Ghalta and Mavren), or the life-total-based alt-win via Aetherflux Reservoir. The plan is midrange, aiming to grind value and outlast opponents before a large final turn.
