Raining Cats and Dogs by Calvin

Format: Commander

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Naya Cat/Dog tribal token deck built around Rin and Seri, Inseparable. The core loop is casting Cat, Dog, and changeling spells to trigger the commander's token generation, then multiplying those tokens with Anointed Procession, Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second, Phabine, Boss's Confidant, and Felidar Retreat into an overwhelming wide board. The deck wins primarily through combat, pumping the swarm with Jetmir, Nexus of Revels, Beastmaster Ascension, Jazal Goldmane, and Regal Caracal for a lethal alpha strike. Secondary paths include White Sun's Zenith as an instant-speed token finisher, Nacatl War-Pride's copy army, Warp World card-flip blowouts, and Rin and Seri's activated ability as table-wide reach. The commander is a value engine rather than a lynchpin - the deck's token engines and lords function independently, giving it solid game even if Rin and Seri never resolve.
