Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Token Polymorph strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana artifact acceleration and noncreature token engines such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller. On Turn 4, casting Jace allows immediate activation of his −3 loyalty ability to exile a disposable token and cheat a high-impact bomb into play from the library. The payoff suite features game-warping creatures and planeswalkers including Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, Serra's Emissary, and Darksteel Angel. Backup polymorph spells like Mass Polymorph, Synthetic Destiny, and Divergent Transformations turn wider token boards into game-ending armies. Opponents are kept off balance by efficient white and black exile removal, board sweepers that produce replacement tokens, and defensive attack taxes. The deck steadily grinds out table-wide lethal combat damage by Turn 8.
